    Accompanying person
    You may bring an accompanying person to the following social events: welcome reception, gala dinner and Friday's visit. Please note that there is an additional charge for accompanying persons at the gala dinner and that seating is limited.

    Requirements for Registration as an Author
    Every accepted RTNS paper requires at least one corresponding RTNS author or Full registration associated to it by the deadline (even if it will be presented by a student).
    Every accepted JWS paper requires at least one corresponding JWS author, Student or Full registration associated to it by the deadline.
    One registration can only cover one paper at most.

    Payments
    Credit card payments can be completed during the online registration process, with no additional fees. You will receive a confirmation of your registration and payment via email.
    For bank transfers, an invoice with all payment details will be sent to you via email. Please note that all bank charges must be covered by the delegate.

  • Visit

    Please confirm your attendance at visit on the Friday 6th afternoon. This visit is organized for those who will stay a little longer in Toulouse.
    ​In the event of insufficient participation, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the visit before the conference. All participants will be notified.
